What is a Virtual Administrator?

As a virtual admin, I am here to help you with your business but only within the amount of hours you need. That means, instead of hiring an administrator full time, which alot of small businesses may not need or cannot afford, you can hire me as a virtual administrator for the amount of time you need. Only need 10 or 20 hours per month to get you caught up in emails, or a bit of data entry? That is why I am here! Have crazy hours during the winter, but slow during the summer? No problem, every month we can change the amount of hours needed to accommodate busy and slow seasons with your business. Have a backlog of data you need placed in a spreadsheet or uploaded and organized? Not a problem! You can hire me for only that project and nothing more. For whatever administration tasks your company needs, we can set up our own contract and workflow to make it happen. I want to free up your time so you can focus on building your business or spend more time with family. Maybe creating your product was the reason you started your company and the administration task have been taking over. Whatever the reason, I am here to help with those tasks.

Social media management: Scheduling posts, responding to messages, and monitoring social media accounts.

Customer support: Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and providing support via email or chat.

Invoicing and billing: Generating invoices, tracking payments, and managing financial records.

Online event coordination: Assisting in planning and organizing webinars, virtual conferences, and online meetings.

Database management: Updating and maintaining customer or client databases.

Personal errands: Helping with personal tasks like booking appointments, ordering gifts, online shopping and groceries etc.

Google Business Profile updating| $50 - $150*

When someone googles your business, I will make sure your business profile is correct and updated to optimize customer engagement. Price depends on how much detail you require

Email Organization | $100

A one time organization of your emails so you can move forward feeling good. Creating folders, labels and searchable details to make life easier.

Online File Organization | $350 - $550*

A one time organization of your online files. Creating a file system that benefits YOU, We will have a brief conversation of how we can organize the files to your liking and then I can go in and rename and refile your online documents and folders. This will make everything searchable and minimize time looking for your documents

Social Media Package | $550/ month

Covers 4 posts a week Client send pictures/videos they wish to post, along with captions, or I can create some captions for approval. I create and schedule the posts on facebook, instagram and Pinterest. You approve the posts prior to submitting on social media pages. I will send reminders when to submit content to be scheduled. You can still post whenever you want, but these will be scheduled regardless and will keep your business pages active.

About Me

My name is Brittany Brake, and I am the assistant behind Brake Business Solutions.

I have been an administrative assistant since 2013 and have learned lots of organization skills within that time. I realized I love creating templates and organization processes. Boring I know, but there is something about having a streamline process and increasing the ability to be productive. As they say, "work smarter, not harder."

I also ran my own small photo booth business where I learned the business ownership side of things and realized that a lot of business owners were probably drowning in admin work and not enjoying the side of their business they originally wanted to work on and hindering their growth or personal time.

I am a firm believer that everyone's time is valuable and I want to help small business' or even family's ensure they are in control of their time.

Having two young kids showed me the value of time. I love being there for their milestones and they are only small for a short amount of time. I wanted to start this company to choose my own hours, still be there for my family and help others do the same.
